Moore Mirai & Co. was created in July 2022 via a merger of Moore Shisei & Co. and Kisaragi Audit Corporation .
Our core philosophy is about ‘Value Creation’.

Mr. Tomoaki Yoshimura,
Mr Yoshimura has over 25 years experience working in the audit industry and has been managing partner since 2015.
In addition to his role as managing partner of Moore Mirai, Tomoaki sits on the board of the Japan Institute of Certified Public Accountants (JICPA), where he was appointed as a director in 2022.

Mr. James Caldwell
James is the audit partner responsible for international business, both inbound and outbound. A fluent Japanese speaker, James has over 18 years’ experience in Japan working in both audit and consulting. With experience working in Australia and Japan, James brings insights and international knowledge to serve his clients’ various needs.

〈Auditing of international business and overseas subsidiaries〉
Globalization is now a core aspect of business for many medium-sized organizations.
As a member of the Moore Global Network of auditors, quality auditing services with a particular focus on overseas subsidiaries is a key part of our overall corporate mission.
We are steadily enhancing our international operations as follows:
・Providing intensive language training to staff・Actively recruiting foreign-born workers from countries such as Australia and China
・Actively recruiting auditors with previous experience in international operations, including two with USCPA qualifications
